Established in 2022, Charis Capital is a privately owned investment company set up to acquire small and medium sized companies. We ensure sellers achieve a fair and accurate value for their business by using a transparent and ethical approach to valuing a business and deal making.
We are not brokers, asset strippers or opportunists, we look to build on the success and hard work of an owners life work and then hold, maintain and improve a business over the long term.
Jonathan Lynch
Director
Jonathan spent 20+ years in Banking and Finance giving advice to business owners, shareholders and management team and is well versed in M&A, corporate finance and deal structuring.
Jonathan also ran a consultancy business, advising large multinational companies to owner managed businesses on raising debt and equity and preparing business for events such as acquisitions, MBO’s and major shareholder events.
Jonathan specialises in deal structuring, leadership, strategy and business development.
Jon Tullock
Director
Jon has had an extensive career in Law and Asset Management and held senior management at board level positions in a variety of businesses.
Over the past 8 years , Jon has started and built a successful specialist law firm delivering services to small, medium, large and institutional clients. He has extensive experience raising finance, strategy and growing a successful, established business.
Jon specialises in strategy, planning, operations and implementation.
Victoria Blagriff
Operations Director
Victoria acts in an advisory capacity to Charis Capital where she provides operational and financial reporting support for portfolio companies and plays a key role in post-acquisition planning and implementation.
Victoria’s previous roles have been across banking, financial services and the care sector and she is a qualified management accountant.
Victoria’s experience has been across a number of different sectors and industries and she draws upon this breadth of knowledge to support our acquired businesses in achieving their objectives.
